Depends on what lens you are referring to. The 18-55mm zoom kit lens has a 49mm filter. For DSLRs, it's not a matter of camera, it's the lens. So if you want to use those filters, then just choose the right lens. However, consider that these days, most filter effects can be achieved with software. I wouldn't paint yourself into a corner just because of a handful of old filters.
